Still, he doesn't respond because for what he understands, it is still up to Todoroki on what he can remember to say when he's no longer into the rough treatment. Bakugou is quick with his shower, and he tells himself to actually make his time to get over ten minutes - but when he does come, it's with a single solid knock on the door.
[ Todoroki cleans himself up to Bakugou's request, finishes up with time to spare, so he goes out of his way to put away things that could be destroyed should either one of them get carried away. Things like furniture remain, but he worked hard on that essay all day, so that's naturally getting shoved between his books and into his bag.
When the knock comes, he pulls away, about to let Bakugou in (because who else would it be), but then the other is just, letting himself inside, and really, that's a little rude, but it's also Bakugou. He resists the roll of his eyes and instead motions for Bakugou to come closer. ]
[Shutting the door behind him and looking at Todoroki for a moment before he turns and flips the lock, he takes another moment to work off his shoes - and then he steps over with a little tension in his shoulders even as he looks ready to get down to business. Not that he knows where to start with, but it can't be all that hard to figure out. This is his first attempt too, so obviously it is going to go fine.

But he wasn't going to make it easy on Bakugou either. What's the point of wanting rough hands and stinging bites when he couldn't play along too? Besides, it might get Bakugou a little more comfortable. At least, that's what Todoroki tells himself, as he waits for the right moment.
So, as soon as the blond is within distance, Todoroki presses forward, shoving hard on Bakugou's shoulders to pin him against the closest wall, while also leaning up, to gather the other's lips with his own. The kiss isn't gentle by any means, with Todoroki biting and nipping Bakugou's lip, trying to get access inside. ]
[There's some level of wanting to prove to himself that he's capable of whatever he puts his mind to, and that it carries through here in bed as well. Not that saying this out loud is going to be a thing, but for a life motto to tirelessly chase, it isn't bad. Tipping his head just a little to the left, waiting for the moment as he closes that distance, he is somewhat caught offguard by the actual match of a mouth to his own.
Grunting with the wall hitting his back, his mouth parts to take in a breath and he is caught up in a rougher kiss - it only takes another moment before Bakugou gets the rest of himself up to speed and he growls into the kiss, tipping his head to bite back and lick at Todoroki's mouth. There are little chances to steal his mouth if Todoroki acts fast enough, but with the briefest shock finally passing, Bakugou is reacting to match this ferocity, and amplify it with his own rough tenancies.
He does let Todoroki keep him up against the wall though, his hands finally coming up to grip at his hips and sides, crawling his palms up until he can get a solid grip just behind his shoulders, but he doesn't try to take full control immediately. He would argue that it's still the surprise of his first kiss, that this attitude isn't the usual stone-faced Todoroki and that he's thrown off - really he's still getting used to the physical contact for what it is.
Experience really does help in these kinds of situations, but Bakugou won't let himself be intimidated by that.]

A quiet moan forms when a bite is pressed at his lip, but he's focusing more on claiming Bakugou's mouth, takes the victory while it lasts before it's suddenly more hot and intense.
